Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in and get settled. New clients should arrive 10 minutes early to complete necessary intake forms.
We understand that sometimes delays can happen. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, we’ll still accommodate you — however, your treatment time may be shortened to help us stay on schedule for other clients.
Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to accommodate your service due to scheduling constraints and upcoming appointments.
A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. However, your card will not be charged, and no deposit is taken prior to your visit.
We accept Cash, Debit, and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
If you purchased a package but are unable to continue treatment, the cost of used sessions will be recalculated at the standard single-service rate. Any remaining balance may be applied toward another service.
If you’re unable to use a pre-paid service, we offer a one-time exchange for another service of equal value.
Taxes and gratuity are not included in service prices.
Gratuities may be given via Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
